The Aftermath Support Difference!
At Aftermath Support, our mission is to compassionately guide families through the unimaginable trauma and grief that follows a devastating road collision. While dealing with such profound loss and life-altering injuries, the personal testimonies of those we’ve supported are a humbling reminder of the vital difference our services make during the darkest times. Hear from real people whose lives have been forever changed, and how our team’s empathetic care provided a beaconing light of hope on their pathway towards healing.
“I cannot adequately express my gratitude to aftermath. This was the worst time of my life and the support offered to me from a simple phone conversation, without judgement or too many questions, was invaluable. I would not be where I am now without my case workers kindness and Aftermath’s support and am looking forward to repaying this however I can when my recovery allows me to. Thank you so very, very, much for what you do. It means so much.”
“The service helped me by listening to my feelings and explained that these feelings were normal and how to deal with my thoughts and move on.”
"You've been the only solid thing I've had through all of this and I'm so grateful to you.”
“Very helpful through what was an upsetting and difficult time, can’t thank our case worker enough just to have someone to answer questions and give us honest answers.”
“Everything that has been sorted is down to you, as otherwise I would have been in a mess and wouldn't have known what to do.”
“I've listened to everything you've ever said. You’re the only person who has helped me.”
“Thank you so much for everything you have done for me. I can't begin to describe the difference it’s made. Organisations like Aftermath and people such as yourself who work for them are so valuable and have such a huge positive impact. I never thought I would need something like this, and I am so glad it is there.”
"Your support was very helpful in the beginning in particular. It was very prompt, I felt could talk to you about anything, things that I couldn't mention to anyone else.”
“You think you are alone with this, and you can’t find a way out of the darkness. You are not alone, there is an organisation who can help. They are called Aftermath.”
