Get Involved and Support Our Mission
On average, five people die every day on the road in the UK and 82 are seriously injured, that’s every 16 minutes! (10-year average from 2013-2022).
Despite these horrifying statistics, the devastating impact of serious road collisions remains an overlooked cause, leaving many victims and families to struggle alone. At Aftermath Support, we are committed to being a source of compassionate guidance and resources for all those affected across Merseyside and the Northwest. However, we cannot do this important work without the generous support of our community.
Here are some ways you can get involved and help us continue providing critical services to vulnerable road collision survivors:
Make a Donation: Your financial contributions directly fund our programs that offer practical, emotional, and informational services to bereaved families and injured victims. From crisis support to bereavement guides for children and young people, your gift ensures no one has to face the aftermath alone.
Fundraise for Us: Organise your own creative fundraising event or campaign to raise awareness and funds for our cause. Every pound raised allows us to expand services for the neglected road collision victims who so urgently need support. You can find out more on our dedicated fundraising page.
Volunteer Your Time: Our team is always grateful for volunteers willing to lend a hand with activities, events, administrative tasks and more. Your gift of time strengthens our capacity to meet the needs of more local families impacted by road trauma. We are particularly looking for people who can help us with marketing and social media.
Advocate and Raise Awareness: Use your voice to increase understanding about the intense challenges road collision victims face. Share our resources, promote our mission, and rally support so we can fill the gaps in compassionate care.
Together, we can ensure a brighter future for those enduring unimaginable suffering after serious road collision in our local area. Get in touch today to learn more about getting involved.
With your help, we can provide the empathetic assistance vulnerable victims deserve.
